Capitol Hill Tour – AWA MEMBERS ONLY

Friday December 5th from 10AM – 12PM

A walking tour (approx. 2 hours) through the historic spaces of Congress, including the Chambers of the House of Representatives, the Rotunda, the Old Senate Chamber and Old Supreme Court Chamber

Open to all members, their partners, and any children under 18 y.o. There is no cost to this event however you must be an AWA member at the time of registration as well as at the time of the event. NO GUESTS.

Friday, December 12th @ 7.30pm, Marie Mount Hall at the Uni of Maryland College Park Campus.

AWA member Jamie Coull has written a play, a drag cabaret, Agora Faux Pas! Both Jamie and her husband Lockie McKinna will also perform in it. Jamie has kindly offered to host a group from AWA to her performance and will be available after the show with other cast members to meet and greet. Non-alcoholic drinks and snack food will be served & there is plenty of free parking on campus after hours.

ANZAC Day, Saturday April 25th, 2015: AWA events include a Wreath Laying at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldiers at Arlington National Cemetery at 12:15PM and a social reception at/near Arlington National Cemetery afterward.
